DIFFUSER

Instructions: Open the product packaging and carefully remove plastic cap from bottle and put on the decorative cap (if available). Leave the bottle open with reeds inserted. The reeds will absorb the oil and diffuse the scent into the air. Please allow 12 hours to reach full results.

Directions: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Read label before use. Diffuser must be kept away from flames and heat. Do not ingest. If consumed seek immediate medical attention. Do not allow diffuser liquid to come into contact with skin or eyes. Always wash hands after touching the product. Avoid release to the environment. Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with local regulations. For small amounts of liquid, dilute remaining liquid with water and soak up with paper towels or other absorbent material and dispose of in general waste. Store in a well-ventilated area.

WARNING Avoid direct contact with furniture, fabrics & surfaces. Diffusers should always be placed on a coaster or plate. If diffuser liquid is spilt onto any surface, thoroughly clean the liquid to avoid damage. Blot; do not rub any spills. To maintain longevity of the diffuser, keep out of direct drafts and away from windows and air con.

CANDLE

Instructions: Trim wick to 5mm before lighting each time. On first burn, burn until wax melts to the edge (approx. 2hrs). Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time. Discontinue burning with 1cm of wax remaining. Keep candles 10cm apart.

WARNING Remove any packaging before burning. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place on a heat-resistant surface and avoid draughts. Do not move a burning candle. Keep away from things that can catch fire.

ROOM SPRAY

Instructions: Shake gently before each use. Hold upright and spray away from surfaces. Press nozzle down once to release the fragrance.

Directions: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Read label before use. Avoid undiluted release to the environment. Avoid direct contact with skin. If medical advise if needed, have the product label to hand. Dispose of any unused fluid by diluting with water and pouring onto an absorbent material. Store in a well-ventilated place. FIRST AID IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs, get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:

Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).

Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.

Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.

BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.
