Filling Instructions

Filling and emptying must only be carried out by an adult.
This hot water bottle is designed to be partly filled.
When filling this hot water bottle, do not use boiling water and fill to a maximum of two-thirds capacity or less.
Do not overfill as this may cause the bottle to burst.
Hold the bottle by the neck in an upright position and fill slowly to avoid the hot water splashing back.
Expel air from the bottle by gently lowering it onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening.
Screw the stopper sufficiently tight to ensure no leaks. Finger tight should be adequate.
Finally make sure the funnel is empty.

Warnings
(a) NOT INTENDED FOR UNSUPERVISED OR INDEPENDENT USE BY CHILDREN (b) If there is a possibility that prolonged contact with the skin could occur, an adequate cover should be used to prevent burns. (c) Under no circumstance should the hot water bottle be used as a cushion or be sat on. (d) Do not fill directly from a domestic water system as this can considerably shorten the life of the hot water bottle. (e) Prevent contact with hot surfaces. (f) Prevent contact with oil or grease. Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.

Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.

BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.
