Terms of Sale

References in these terms of sale to "we", "us" and "Bed Bath & Beyond" are to BBB Retail Limited. These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products via our website ("site”).

The name that will appear on your statement will be Bed Bath & Beyond Limited.

Delivery charges

The anticipated delivery charges (if applicable) will be notified to you when you complete the order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than those anticipated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part if it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase.

Product Descriptions

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

The products will comply, in all material respects, with their product descriptions appearing on this site at the time when you submit the order. If a product does not comply with its product description, you may return the product(s) and accept a refund or exchange the product(s) – for more information please see our Returns section.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Pricing

The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but not any delivery charges. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered at our stores. Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within 24 hours of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.

Gift Vouchers

Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in all our stores. At this stage Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in store. Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Please note that we do not accept returns for Gift Vouchers.

Colour options indicated are as close as the 4 colour printing process allows. Colours and sizes may vary between stores. Limited stock available on all Specials. Personal shoppers only, no trade supplied.
