Designed in a soft orchid colourway, this compact set includes a 370g massage ball, resistance band, skipping rope and coordinating carry bag, making it easy to keep your fitness essentials together at home or on the go. Ideal for cardio, strength, toning, stretching and recovery, the kit offers a versatile mix of accessories to support a range of low-impact and higher-energy workouts.

Instructions

Massage Ball: Place the massage ball on the floor or against a wall. Position the target muscle (foot, back, shoulder or glutes) on the ball. Apply gentle pressure and roll slowly to release tightness and tension. Hold on tight spots for 20-30 seconds for better relaxation.

Jump Rope: Hold the handles firmly and swing the rope over your head. Jump with both feet as the rope passes under your feet.

Resistance Band: Place the resistance band around your thighs, just above the knees. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and your core tight during exercise.

Silicone Bag: Suitable for daily storage.

WARNING Inspect product before each use for wear or damage. Discontinue use if worn or damaged, as this may affect product strength. Keep away from face and eyes during use. Do not overstretch. Stop use if pain or injury occurs. Use in a clear area. Intended for adult use only. Not suitable for persons under 15 years of age. Keep away from children and pets. Maximum stretch limit of the resistance band is 2x the original length. Do not overstretch, with a resistance level 6kg-11kg. Keep away from children, fire and sharp objects. If you have knee, hip, or back issues, consult a doctor before use.

Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.

Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
