How to Hang Ready-Made Curtains:

  1. Insert plastic curtain hooks approximately every four pleats. (hooks are not included) Hooks are inserted upside down and turned over. The inserted hook should be firm and fit snugly into the fabric seam (or hang directly if using rings).
  2. Draw the three cords from the side of the curtains nearest the window frame, spacing out the pleats evenly. Tie the ends of the cords so they can be untied for cleaning.

Warning: Curtain and blind cords have caused the death of young children and must be installed so that they are not a strangulation hazard. Follow the installation instructions.

Remove hooks, rings, and trims before cleaning. Either gently vacuum with an appropriate attachment or hand wash separately in cold water. Do not soak, bleach, rub, wring, or tumble dry. Avoid using pegs or folding over a clothesline. For best results, hang curtains by their hooks to dry in the shade, ensuring the coating side doesn't touch. Steam only the fabric side. Possible shrinkage of 3%. Do not dry clean.

Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.

 
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

 
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
