Improve the quality of your sleep with our Cloud 9 Down Alternative Duvet Inner. This duvet inner is a high loft made with premium microfibre filled with hypoallergenic qualities to ensure a better quality of sleep. It has a 500gsm microfibre polyester fill for added cushioning and comfort.

Cold or warm machine wash. Do not Iron, do not bleach. Rinse well and squeeze gently. Do not dry clean.

Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.

Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

I love this duvet inner, im normally fussy and try to go with natural fibres not polyester but this is worth it for reduced stress on joints. Its lightweight, warm enough for winter and cool enough for summer. 2nd time purchasing for a new size bed

Sooooo soft! Like sleeping under a poofy marshmallow cloud. I got this duvet on sale as we needed something warmer. It’s not winter yet in New Zealand but I’m already sleeping better on some of the cooler nights we have had. Paws crossed I won’t need that extra blanket on my bed this winter.

Love it , Bought the California King duvet as we have the exact one for our own bed. It’s perfect for us on our super king because my partner likes to hog all the blankets & I get to sleep in comfort, covered. I love how it’s big enough to almost reach the floor on both sides. Hides everything It’s warm & saw us through winter fine. It’s light but heavy enough not to feel too cool or too warm. And it fits in our washer! Hence deciding to upgrade the spare room for guests. Lucky them!

I used to use an 80/20 down/feather duvet. So this review compares the down to down alternative duvet. This one I find only slightly heavier than a down duvet (which I like). It is quiet when moving around doesn’t make a crunching sound like down. The warmth is constant all night, unlike down by morning I would wake up too hot. Looks nice and flat on the bed, easy to smooth out. Really enjoying this duvet, got it +70% off which was perfect for my limited budget.
