We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 working days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge). If you wish to exchange an item you can do so by heading into any of our stores nationwide. Click here to find your nearest store.

Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached.  Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition.  This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Bath & Beyond.  To return an item please either:

  • Visit your nearest Bed Bath & Beyond store, along with acceptable proof of purchase 


  • Send the item back to the following address, along with acceptable proof of purchase and completed RETURNS Packing Slip:

If you are not a member the cost will be your responsibility. 

All return items sent back to our distribution centre, or returned to a Bed Bath & Beyond store, will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with.

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund Duvet Inners, Underlays, Mattresses, Toppers, Comforters or Pillows. Please choose carefully.
