Care Instructions:

Remove controllers before washing. Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash separately (max 30°C). Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or use detergent containing bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Do not wring or spin dry. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade over several lines. Do not use pegs. Hang only when excess water has been removed. Dry away from heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse or storage. Do not iron. Do not dry clean For full care instructions, refer to the manual included.

Electric blankets can potentially damage some mattresses and toppers made from memory foam or latex. Use is not recommended on memory foam or latex mattresses or mattress toppers.

Delivery Method

Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.

Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.

If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.

What are my options if my delivery is missed?

Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:

Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
Re-delivery to the original address

To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.

Please note: Delivery options and re-delivery processes may vary depending on the courier service used.

Returns Policy

We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.

Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:

Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

Applies to Full-price, Sale and Clearance stock only. Seconds items cannot be returned.

Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).

Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.

Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.

BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

This electric blanket is fantastic, the topper is so soft and warm on its own. Great to have an electric blanket that does the feet and body on the same controller. Cold feet set the blanket on higher numbers, don’t like the body warm no problem, set on lower number or don’t turn on at all. Highly recommend this don’t hesitate, get it on special and save heaps. Wish I had brought this a couple of years ago.

LOVE. This bringer of warmth is it. I’ve never thought to buy an electric blanket, but the idea of climbing into a cold bed on a cold night made for an easy decision. I was worried that the heat wouldn’t reach all the way up and down but I need not have. It is, as they say, just right. I almost bought one of a well-known brand, but fortunately a review about sizing put me right. This baby fits our king size bang on and the quilting is an extra touch of comfortable luxury.

We REALLY LOVE these electric blankets, the best we have ever had. My husband and I get cold feet, and you can set it so it just keeps your feet warm and then choose the heat and also how long you want it on for. We never like full body electric blankets, so this feature for the feet is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
