The Cloud 9 100% Cotton Mattress Protector adds an extra layer of comfort while helping to protect your mattress. Designed with an extra-deep, fully fitted skirt that stretches up to 50cm, it is suitable for both standard and deeper mattresses.

Care Instructions
Unbleached cotton fill, cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Dry flat in the shade. Do not bleach. Do not soak. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.
Please note: Delivery options and re-delivery processes may vary depending on the courier service used.

Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

Great product, nice and thick, worth the extra cost as it won’t disintegrate in the wash like the cheap versions. Buy a size bigger for the mattress protector so that it will still fit the bed if it shrinks a bit in the wash.

The product is great - nice deep sides for fat mattresses, well made, and good quality (I bought it during a 50% off sale). But what I don’t understand is why the cardboard ’label’ is plastic coated - it’s inside the zip-up bag so it doesn’t get wet. Because it’s plastic-coated it can’t be recycled. Please talk to your suppliers about reducing plastic packaging please BBB!

The cotton fabric is lovely. Although the tuck-in skirt has elastic at the bottom the cotton fabric is not at all stretchy. I washed it exactly as instructed but it did shrink a bit and was very tight to pull over the corners of our mattress and the Bambou Mattress Topper which we bought at the same time. Would recommend buying one size up if you are adding a similar mattress topper to your mattress.

The promised 50cm drop is not obvious and the size is so tight that there is a 10cm area on each side of the bed where the padding doesn’t reach. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t buy again.

Great purchase. I was looking for just a thin cotton liner not a big plush topper, so was happy to finally find this one. When washed for the first time and hung on the line with the sunlight shining through, there were big yellow blotches and I was a bit worried. After drying it’s perfectly white, so I assume it was just bunched up filling. Good quality for the sale price.
