Combed cotton is a high-quality type of cotton that has undergone an additional processing step to remove impurities and shorter fibres, leaving only the strongest and longest fibres.

Caring For You Towel?
Most detergents contain optical brighteners which should not be used on the pure & simple range. If you prefer to use a detergent, only mild detergents should be used. Avoid using fabric softeners as this may reduce the absorbency of this product and affect its lifespan.
Water Temperature?
It is recommended to cold wash for the majority of the cycles, however a warm machine wash every now and then will help break up any body oils that may have built up over time.
Tumble Drying?
It is recommended to tumble dry your towels regularly. To avoid over-drying, a lower setting is always best. If you prefer to line dry, take them off the line before they are completely dry and finish them off in the dryer to fluff up the pile and remove any excess lint. Remember, tumble drying generally improves the absorbency of the pile whilst keeping your towel soft and fluffy.
Care Instructions
Cold or warm machine wash deep colours separately. Do not bleach or soak. Do not use optical brighteners. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean.

For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and D'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.
Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.
Please note: Delivery options and re-delivery processes may vary depending on the courier service used.
Returns
Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.
Applies to Full-price, Sale and Clearance stock only. Seconds items cannot be returned.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.
