The My Luxe Adjustable Pillow features three in one medium/soft pillows, bounce back loft, and a down-like feel. It is an easy-care everyday pillow with hypoallergenic materials and an adjustable loft feature. Add or remove the internal pillows for your preferred comfort height.

Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.
Please note: Delivery options and re-delivery processes may vary depending on the courier service used.

Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

I don’t know why this pillow got all these five star great reviews….it is too large for a normal pillow case, meaning you have to spend more on gusseted pillowcases which only came in 3 colours at BBB so don’t match any of our sheets. The pillow outer/case is quilted and the only piece of the whole thing which is nice…although it’s very noisy as makes crinkly sounds. The three inners are just cheap polyester filled pads which bunched up and got lumps in them after only 1 week.

I got these pillows for my husband and I. We absolutely love them. Great size (extra large) and being able to customise the height is absolutely perfect to get just the right comfort level. You need to get a gusseted pillowcase for the bigger size.

LOVE this pillow, I’ve taken one of the lighter weighted ones out and combined it with another pillow I has. Now I have 2 awesome pillows. Only problem is pillow cases. I bought King size which just fit but a Gusset one would be better, but hard to find and usually expensive.

Such a brilliant concept and just what I needed to be able to find the right pillow thickness. I love the adaptability and am going to find this useful for years to come! Beautiful quality and luxe large pillow size. It does need a larger pillowcase (lodge) but it is worth it for the comfort!

Bought the My Luxe adjustable pillow. Great quality pillow, inside the casing was three thin, fluffy pillows. You get to choose how many you want to sleep on, you can use the ones you don’t want added to another pillow. Got it at a super price too. Great quality at a very affordable price.

Great pillow. I had been using a memory foam pillow and I thought my sore neck was just from terrible posture at my desk. Turns out, it may have been my pillow. I didn’t realise how very, very soft the three layers are. I tried the three and that was a bit much but lovely, so I took one layer out and it is perfect. I am a tummy and side sleeper and it is great. My friend has also bought one so hopefully she finds it as good as I do.
