Improve the quality of your sleep with our Cloud 9 600GSM Cluster Puff Mattress Topper. This mattress topper has 600GSM soft polyester ball fibre fill which creates a cloud like surface. It has a deep fit super stretch skirt and has a 100% cotton top cover. It has down like cluster fibres in the fill for a comfortable lofty top feel.
Care Instructions:
Cold or warm machine wash. Do not Iron, do not bleach. Rinse well and squeeze gently. Do not dry clean.

Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.

We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:

i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

I read the reviews which were great so thought id purchase to find out if they were true and they absolutely were!! It is like sleeping on a cloud. My mattress is an inner sprung about a year old but came in the new way all vacuum packed and rolled into a box. The springs could be felt and my toddler like to jump on ny bed (as kids do) which probably didnt help. This topper has saved me from needing to buy a whole new mattress and now i will buy one for my sons bed aswell.

Believe the reviews! This topper added a luxurious feel to my bed and I do sleep well. Be warned though - it’s harder to get out of bed because you don’t want to leave it! I bought one for my guest bed as well and had a rave review from the first person to use it. I bought this as gapstop until I can justify replacing my awful ecosa mattress (spoiler alert, your body doesn’t magically get used to how uncomfortable Ecosa are at 101 days, should have returned it!). This topper is heavenly cosy; I sleep so well & have noticeably less shoulder & neck tension etc after just a couple of weeks due pillowy softness. It’s also really warm, which in cooler season I’m loving; I’ll be curious to see if it makes it too warm in summer, hence 4 stars for now.

This mattress topper is really working for me. As I have a back problem, I need to have a firm mattress. Having this mattress topper allows me to have the firmness and support I need for my back, AND have a soft topping for comfort. I love it!

Bought this to use on my Ecosa mattress that has felt too hard and uncomfortable lately. Size seems ok, doesn’t move around even though a thicker mattress would probably fit it too. I have felt a difference in comfort, although the layer is not exactly “cloud like” as I remember reading I would purchase again, however I could imagine even thicker and softer topper would be lovely. Overall I am pleased and thought it was a good price in the Boxing Day sale.
