Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address

Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:

I purchased this duvet inner as a "big girl" blanket for my 4 year old. I have left both inners still attached together, my girl was a poor sleeper & I believe the weight of this blanket has helped her to sleep through. I have now been using this for a few weeks and since using it she has been sleeping through and is no longer complaining of being cold at night. I was very fussy with choosing a blanket - this is perfect. Warm, a decent weight while allowing her freedom of movement. Love it!

I’m really liking this duvet. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and am using the heavier weight one which is proving just right for the cooler autumn nights. It’s warm without being heavy.
