For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and D'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.
Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.
Please note: Delivery options and re-delivery processes may vary depending on the courier service used.

Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.
Applies to Full-price, Sale and Clearance stock only. Seconds items cannot be returned.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

Developed green fuzzy mould all over the outside of the basket (in a room with no other mould, but some condensation on windows). Was horrified as had been keeping my baby’s blankets in it. Have checked other reviews and seen others have experienced the same. If you buy this basket make sure its in a very dry/warm room, since I now realise bamboo is porous.

Fantastic design. I bought the walnut colour. Just love it. Because I live in a warm and humid climate I’ve gone over the base (internal) and exterior with natural beeswax which has darkened it slightly but provided a safe layer of water protection, especially as I keep mine in the ensuite.

Was pleased with it at first, seemed sturdy but light enough to carry around when needed. But after a few months noticed green mould growing on the outside and bottom, tried cleaning it but it kept growing back so decided to throw it out. I only kept it in the bedroom and didn’t expose it to a lot of moisture, so i think it has something to do with the coating on the bamboo. Decided to just go buy a plastic hamper instead.

I bought this Solace Ryder Foldable Square Bamboo Hamper in October of 2022 for $39.95 I had to get rid of it in early January 2023 due to green mold growing on the side of the Hamper & the bottom was flimsy. Such a shame because it was perfect for our laundry. Not worth buying after 3 months.

I like the aesthetics of this laundry basket in my bathroom/laundry. It is a nice tall and slim shape to fit into corners. It can be annoying holding the lid open when throwing a few items in there and don’t ever leave wet anything on or around it as the basket will get wet and never dry to the same colour.

Was initially happy with the basket, however a few weeks in I noticed the bottom of the bag was starting to get green spots, so I washed it. Then noticed the cardboard at the bottom was spotting green, when I moved it I noticed my bathroom floor had a faint green stain. Turned it over and it was moldy. Told my husband to throw the whole thing out. Disappointing as normally quality from here is good.

I was really pleased with this at first as it looked nice and was sturdy, however within a month, the bottom half the outside of it was covered in mold :( I don’t keep it in the bathroom or laundry and only use it to store dry clothes so there must be something wrong with the material the product is made from as none of our other furniture in the same room has mould. Had to throw it out unfortunately as the mould grew back every time I cleaned it
