Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.
We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
What are my options for re-delivery of the item?
You can choose from one of the following options:
- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)
To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.
Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.
If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.

Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:

Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.

Sheet Care Tips & Tricks
There is no better feeling than fresh clean sheets on the bed. Here are some tips to keep your bed sheets beautiful.
- Always wash sheets using instructions on the care label separately from towels or clothing. This means more room in the machine for the water to move through the fabric and prevents damage from zippers or other fasteners. It also reduces the chances of pilling.
- Gently ball up sheets and place them into the machine avoiding wrapping the sheets around the agitator. This prevents damage to your lovely sheets and the machine from becoming unbalanced.
- Classic white sheets are a popular choice but keeping them white can be a challenge. Bleach can often yellow whites leaving them patchy and grubby looking. Lemon juice is a natural laundry whitener and freshener. Add 1 cup to your washing machine water along with your usual detergent. Add your sheets and wash as usual. Only use lemon juice on whites as it can bleach some colours.
- Dry sheets immediately after they are washed either on the line or on a low heat setting in the dryer. If using a dryer, remove your sheets as soon as they are dry to avoid wrinkles. Over drying can damage fibres and shorten the lifetime of your sheets.
- Wash sheets weekly. We recommend each bed has 3 sets of sheets, one for the bed, one in the wash, and one in the cupboard. Store folded sheet sets inside one of the pillowcases to keep sets together and for beautifully tidy shelves.

Nice sheets. Not silky soft but also didn’t seem scratchy/rough like some reviews were suggesting. They fitted our deep mattress, which was my key concern when buying as the measurements were a few cms smaller than our existing ones. I’m happy with them but would probably try a different brand next time, ie they weren’t amazing enough to make me buy a second set.

The ‘One Thousand Wishes’ sheets are my absolute go to sheets. The fitted sheet are deep to fit the plush mattress with room to still be tucked underneath hiding the elastic perimeter. The length and width of the fitted sheets are as they should be, covering both sides of the bed with ease. Comfort- these are so smooth and snuggly. Highly recommend these!!!

BnB Owner here: 2022 they were thick and crunchy good quality. 2023 they made them smaller by 3cm which made them hard to put on my mattresses slightly thinner. 2024 they these are so thin they feel like Kmarts best offer 2023 and they are also shinny and smooth..since when is cotton shinny? Retuned and will look else where for true 1000TC or better quality overall.

We purchased the white and charcoal sets recently after owning the silver set for more than 2 years. We find the set well made with excellent stitching with NO fraying or lose threads over time. The fitted sheet keeps its shape and it fits nicely snug on our Tempur bed. After an initial wash, they feel and stay crisp and soft - the way we like it. The colours have kept well so far and the sheets are thick enough to only have a duvet or throw over.

These sheets are amazing and almost faultless. I would’ve given them a 5/5 if it weren’t for the fact that the flat sheet barely tucks in on the sides of the bed. I’m surprised that no one else has had this issue. The fitted sheet fits perfectly though and we have a king size bed. Despite the issue, I would still consider buying these again as they’re so good.

Disappointed that these sheets have not lived up to the glowing reviews. Hard, stiff and scratchy on the skin. Hoping its all the dressing in the fabric that needs to be soaked out, was hoping for top quality sheets for the price I paid, instead budget quality at an inflated price. We were guests at a home in Whitianga and they had these sheets in the guestroom where we stayed. They were so lovely to sleep on I found out from our host where she purchased them. I love them! Have bought 3 sets already and one for my guestroom. They wash well, I hang them out to dry and iron pillow slips. Highly recommend them. They are heavier than regular sheets but not hot in summer months.

Ordered online, and delivery was fast, arrived to our door in 2 working days of the order being placed. These 1000TC Cotton sheets are very nice. They were actually 100% Cotton, as many of the 1000+TC sheets have a poly blend (look out for that). We have had them on our bed in cycle with a set of 100% Cotton 500TC, and they are certainly a clear winner. I would recommend this sheet set to anyone who really loves good bedding, if not buy the cheaper 100% 500TC . These are very very nice. 10/10

I purchased these in March and they are already balling up. I tried removing the balls with my depiller but theres not much point. For sheets that are over a hundred dollars I expect quality. These sheets are no good to me now. I am extremely disappointed.

These sheets are the best summer sheets I’ve ever had. I bought one set last year and absolutely loved them so much I had to get another. I know these sheets will last a long time with the thickness a good quality material they are. I will certainly buy more of these in the future.
