Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. We will refund any item* you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 working days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge). If you wish to exchange an item you can do so by heading into any of our stores nationwide. Click here to find your nearest store.

Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached. Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Bath & Beyond.

Bed Bath & Beyond will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item. All return items sent back to our distribution centre, or returned to a Bed Bath & Beyond store, will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with or the original payment method (back to Laybuy or Afterpay account).

The pillow that you lay your head on each night can be just as important as your mattress. Finding the right pillow for you depends largely on your sleeping position and personal preferences.

What’s Your Position? 

While we all move around during the night, most of us have a favoured sleep position.

• Side Sleeper (the most common position)
  Side sleepers need a thicker, firmer pillow as the distance from the head to the mattress is greater than if you were sleeping on your stomach or back. Consider a firm microfiber fill pillow or a gusset pillow. 
• Back Sleeper
  Back sleepers need a medium fill pillow that supports the neck and shoulders. A soft, flat pillow under the knees can bring added comfort and relief to back sleepers. Consider a memory foam pillow or a medium fill.
• Stomach Sleeper
  Sleeping on your stomach requires a thinner pillow profile. Consider a feather and down pillow where the fill can be adjusted to suit or a soft fill microfiber pillow.

Fill Facts

• Natural fills feature all the benefits that come with natural fibres like breathability, natural loft and durability. Feather and down pillows can be fluffed up or flattened out and provide versatile support especially for stomach sleepers. Wool pillows are firmer with good temperature control.
• Synthetic or microfiber fills are affordable and when in cluster form can mirror feather and down qualities without the potential allergens. Microfibre fill pillows are machine washable and are perfect for allergy sufferers or those with asthma.
• Foam pillows are ideal for sufferers of back or neck pain as they provide increased support. Foam is known to retain heat so there are also cool gel foam pillow options if your preference is a cool pillow.

Care

Always follow the care instructions on the label of your pillow. We recommend regular airing for feather and down and washing every 2 years for microfiber or polyester fill. Consider replacing your pillow as soon as you see wear and tear like lumps, sagging or foam beginning to crumble.
