The pillow also features Memory foam chip with Aloe Treated removeable cover.

For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and D'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.
Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.

We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

The quality is very good and it’s well made. The length is fine, but the diameter made it impossible to use for the medical reason it was purchased for. Unfortunately, you can only determine this by opening it and letting it expand. Once you’ve done that, you can no longer return it. Be very mindful of what you’re purchasing it for. It would be very helpful if there was an in-store model to see before purchasing.

The pillow was much larger and heavier than expected. It looks nothing like the photos, it’s basically a solid, bulky cylinder. Very firm and not ergonomic at all, so it doesn’t provide proper support for the body. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this.

Incredibly difficult to get out of bag, had to cut the carry case - zip & all. Once expanded memory foam like concrete and so large feel like I’m hitching my legs and raising my shoulders to use it. Bought it for extra support for my back. If I could return it I would. For pregnant mamas out there, no way your belly will be gently supported unless you run it over with a steam roller to break down the foam

I know why this was on special now. The cover is like webbing, pulls at the slightest of rubbing. Its also massive, like its bigger than my husband - so takes up 1/3 of the bed. Too much fill and no way to remove the filling.

Bought on sale. Firm, great support. Slightly too firm for me. Lumpy,but if under somethin else you will not notice. I bought based on other reviews as I wanted support in bed whilst watching tv. So I did not buy as a body pillow but for back support. Very long. If firm is what you after you will like it.

A bit too firm & overfilled to be a body pillow that you can comfortably hug onto between the sheets when sleeping, unless you’re quite a large build person. However it’s excellent across the head of the bed (almost perfectly fits a queen width bed/headboard) as a back support when sitting up, or to rest your neck on while typing BB&B reviews on your phone in the morning(!). The cover is washable but is prone to scragging/pilling & is a pet hair magnet, but all you need is a pillow case.

Sad to say, very bad buy for me. Let he length is good but man it’s far far to fat (filled). It’s impossible to lie on without significant discomfort. Purchased as it was recommended to staff and others as a good pregnancy support pillow. Completely unusable unless I were to take out some filling. My husband tried it too and even he can’t use it.

Great pillow, my sister and I love them. They spring up so much when you get it and leave it for an hour. It’s heavier than I thought it would be which is great I got a body pillow from Kmart and it’s so much better. No weird smells or anything. I prefer to sleep on softer pillows otherwise I get headaches so I primarily use this for my body or to lean on which is perfect. My sister has no issues as she uses it to its full capacity. Great pillow.

I brought the memory foam body pillow for a friend who is palliative and needed something for her knees. I love this pillow! I’ve had other body pillows that go flat and lumpy and end up with gaps in the fill, I can tell that won’t happen to this one. Once plumped up it is quite a fat pillow and heavy too, but soft to lie on. I’m very pleased with it. It’s really good quality. Shipping was fast as well. I’m happy with my purchase and can recommend BB&B.
