The Solace Aloe Vera Support Contour Neck Pillow is designed to provide comfort and support for your neck while you sleep. Made with 100% Polyester, it features a Polyurethan filling that moulds to your neck's natural curvature. The pillowcase is also made with cotton and has the added benefit of Aloe Vera infusion for a soothing and relaxing experience. Perfect for those looking for a comfortable and rejuvenating night's sleep or use during long travels.

Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.

We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

Deceptive picture. Read the measurements as pillow MUCH smaller than it appears in promo pic. And fine print states pillows cannot be returned. Had I seen this product instore would not have bought as WAY TOO SMALL. Just glad I didn’t pay full price.

Great pillow, I was reading the reviews however some said it was smaller than they expected personally it’s a good size. Takes awhile to get use to it but it does the job! Being on special for $23 something I had to try it out! However if it’s not on special I would recommend looking in-store or price matching others before buying

This pillow was very small (way to small for a regular pillow case) and for me personally didn’t provide the support to my neck that I was after. Definitely buy in store or at least see it in person otherwise you may be purchasing another one else where to get what you need.

My 12 year old wanted a very firm, contoured pillow for themselves after sleeping on one at a friend’s house, so the Solace Aloe Vera pillow is what I ordered as it was on sale. It is very comfortable and I was glad it came with its own fitted pillow case as a standard pillow case is too large. We are very happy with the comfort, size and firmness.

Best. Pillow. Ever. Perfect neck support for either side sleep or back sleep. I have tried memory foam and latex pillows but this one is by far the best. Not too hot in summer too. It doesn’t fit a standard pillow case but once you try it you won’t care. Easy to take away on a trip - which is important because you won’t want to sleep without it!

I dislike leaving any negative reviews but .. this is a very small pillow, almost kids size. I have the same pillow from another store and it is much bigger and standard size. This should state it’s very small in the description as the assumption is that it is a standard adult size pillow. It’s also quite hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not a great purchase sorry!
