The 400gsm wool duvet inner is perfect for Autumn and Spring.

 

Woolrest wool duvets are filled with 100% natural New Zealand wool, with the ability to trap heat and regulate moisture. The hollow structure of New Zealand wool fibre allows for natural breathability, ensuring it retains the heat created by the body. This means that you will be warm throughout the night.

 

 

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange duvet inners, pillows or Mattress Toppers & Underlays due to a change of mind so please choose carefully. An assistant can advise a product which is suitable for you.

Delivery Method

Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.

We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.

 

What are my options for re-delivery of the item?

You can choose from one of the following options:

- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)

To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.

Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.

If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. We will refund any item* you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 working days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge). Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached. Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Bath & Beyond.

Duvet Inner Definitions - The Inner Meanings

 

  • Feather And Down
    A feather and down duvet inner features insulating clusters that trap warm air and work with your body temperature for a luxurious warmth that is lightweight. The most common combination is a 50/50 mix of feathers and down but the higher percentage of down the warmer the inner. We recommend regular airing in the sun for all feather duvet inners to remove any moisture that may have been absorbed. When you make the bed give the duvet inner a good shake to fluff up the fibres and restore the natural feather and down loft.

 

  • Pure New Zealand Wool
    The wonderful natural insulating qualities of pure wool are no secret to us in New Zealand. Wool duvet inners work with your own body temperature keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. These regulating properties make a wool inner the perfect choice for couples with varying temperature preferences. Wool is also durable and naturally fire and water resistant. We recommend airing your wool duvet inner before use and only dry clean.

 

  • Alpaca
    Alpaca fibre is 25% warmer than wool and substantially lighter which makes it the ultimate in luxurious warmth in a duvet inner. Alpaca fibres are silky soft with low oil content and this results in an odourless and completely non allergenic duvet inner. The moisture wicking ability of Alpaca, like wool, draws moisture away from the body, through the duvet inner and out into the air.

 

  • Microfibre
    Microfibre is an easy care, affordable option, offering a duvet inner that is warm, soft and lofty. When used in down like clusters microfiber fill is often referred to as down alternative due to the way it drapes around you and its non-allergenic properties. Great for allergy or asthma sufferers, microfibre duvet inners are machine washable and available in a range of weights for all seasons.
