Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using a combination of NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize, depending on the size and type of item being shipped. All deliveries include tracking where available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, although this timeframe is an estimate only. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that NZ Post, Bascik, and Kiwi Oversize only deliver to residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not accepted for security and delivery reasons.
If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion, or the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection, depending on the courier and service used.
What are my options if my delivery is missed?
Depending on the carrier and location, you may have one of the following options:
- Collection from a nearby courier depot or collection point
- Re-direction to another address (for example, your workplace)
- Re-delivery to the original address
To avoid delays or inconvenience, we recommend providing a delivery address where parcels can be safely received during business hours where possible.
Please note: Delivery options and re-delivery processes may vary depending on the courier service used.

Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.
Applies to Full-price, Sale and Clearance stock only. Seconds items cannot be returned.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

The metal isn’t stainless steel so on contact with water or soap it creates unsightly marks around the top of the dispenser. You need to constanbevwiping these away. Not fit for purpose.

Started off looking really nice, then after about 6 months, the paint started bubbling and peeling off. Now looks awful. I bought two and both have had this happen. Now the pump itself is starting to become faulty. I certainly don’t recommend.

I also purchased 2 of these and both have bubbled months ago but I didn’t want to complain now even the pumps don’t work and both soap canisters dribble liquid when not in use … Very disappointing indeed as rather expensive! I also got two of the same brand but different shape which I’ve put hand cream in … not a great product at all as pump system is hopeless!

I bought a grey and a white one. They were both nice and working fine for a few weeks. Then the exterior of the bottle bubbled up and the pump stopped working. Disappointing. Even kmart products have better quality.

This dispenser works well. I made the solution (1 part liquid soap, 5 parts water) which works well (you can add a bit more soap if desired). The top is metal and sturdy - others may have metal-coated plastic.

I am really disappointed in this product. I have bought at least four and they never last more than a couple of months before the pump stops working. Not sure if it’s because of the foaming soap but will never buy again. They look lovely but not worth spending good money on.

Have purchased 2, the second was to replace the first that unfortunately the white paint on the unit had bubbled within a couple of months. The second went the same way. Dispensed the foam well, but looks gross. Wasting money.

I’ve been looking for a foam dispenser for ages and was delighted to find this one. It works beautifully, is heavy enough to be nice and stable and it also looks very good. I bought the white one for my bathroom and the charcoal one for the kitchen. A great buy and I got it on sale, which was an added bonus!
