The lightweight combination of Duck Down and Feathers makes this duvet inner an exceptional option for warmth and comfort, ideal for the cooler months. Duck Down stands as a lighter, softer, and airy feather, facilitating the care of warmth during the night. The 100% Cotton outer cover includes box stitching to eliminate feather/down transference and evens the spread of filling.
Pro tip: Regular airing maintains the high loft and keeps your duvet light and plush.

Care Instructions
Shake and air regularly. It is advised to get this inner professionally cleaned.
Cold gentle machine wash. Use only gentle detergent. Ensure it is rinsed thoroughly. Shake out before drying. Ensure it is dried properly before using. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry. Dry cleanable. Do not iron.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange duvet inners or pillows, so please choose carefully. An assistant can advise a product which is suitable for you.

All standard items are standard as regards freight except items marked Bulky 1, Bulky 2 or Bulky 3 where those specific charges apply.
For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.
Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.
We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
What are my options for re-delivery of the item?
You can choose from one of the following options:
- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)
To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.
Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.
If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.
Returns
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. We will refund any item* you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 working days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge). If you wish to exchange an item you can do so by heading into any of our stores nationwide. Click here to find your nearest store.
Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached. Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Bath & Beyond.
To return an item please either: Visit your nearest Bed Bath & Beyond store, along with acceptable proof of purchase or Send the item back to the following address, along with acceptable proof of purchase and completed RETURNS Packing Slip:

Bed Bath & Beyond will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item. All return items sent back to our distribution centre, or returned to a Bed Bath & Beyond store, will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with or the original payment method (back to laybuy or afterpay account).

Poor quality. After 2 years, the down has migrated at the bottom of each cell. Half of each cell is now only 2 sheets without any down to keep the warmth. Not wonder that duvet didnt seem to provide any warmth.
