Can I purchase online?

Yes, you can still purchase online 24/7 from the comfort of your home.

Is my order in the system if nobody is in the office?

Yes, your order will sit in the system until we process it no matter how long this takes. 

 

When will my order be picked and packed?

Once the lockdown has been lifted, we will have all hands on deck ready to pack and process your orders. We may experience delays in deliveries due to a backlog of orders. So please be bear with us during this period. 

 

How will I know if my order is being sent? 

You will receive an email from us letting you know what status your order is at every step of the way.

 

What if I change my mind and no longer want my order?

We totally understand that this is a long period of time to wait, and things can change. If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch with us either by email at customerservice@bbbretail.co.nz or message us via social media on facebook and instagram.

 

What is a hold and why have you charged me twice?

Have you just made a purchase with us and checked your bank account and thought hmm something doesn't look right here, they have charged me twice? Don't worry we haven't let us explain.

 

Once your order has been placed your bank places a hold on the funds when you checkout to make sure these are available when we charge your card. We only charge your card once it has been packed up and ready for dispatch.

 

This process is known as a preauthorisation, which can look like you have been charged twice.

 

This a very common practice and the preauthorisation will drop off within 5-7 working days from when you placed your order. We only take payment once your order has been packed up and is ready to be dispatched.

Because of the current lockdown we will not be processing any orders for a while, which means the "hold" that was once on the funds for your order has now dropped off and theses funds have gone back into your account. Once we go to process and dispatch your order we will take the payment. If you no longer have these funds available we will contact you and you can put your order through again or we can cancel the order for you.
