Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.
We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
What are my options for re-delivery of the item?
You can choose from one of the following options:
- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)
To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.
Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.
If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.

Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:

Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.

Sheet Care Tips & Tricks
There is no better feeling than fresh clean sheets on the bed. Here are some tips to keep your bed sheets beautiful.
- Always wash sheets using instructions on the care label separately from towels or clothing. This means more room in the machine for the water to move through the fabric and prevents damage from zippers or other fasteners. It also reduces the chances of pilling.
- Gently ball up sheets and place them into the machine avoiding wrapping the sheets around the agitator. This prevents damage to your lovely sheets and the machine from becoming unbalanced.
- Classic white sheets are a popular choice but keeping them white can be a challenge. Bleach can often yellow whites leaving them patchy and grubby looking. Lemon juice is a natural laundry whitener and freshener. Add 1 cup to your washing machine water along with your usual detergent. Add your sheets and wash as usual. Only use lemon juice on whites as it can bleach some colours.
- Dry sheets immediately after they are washed either on the line or on a low heat setting in the dryer. If using a dryer, remove your sheets as soon as they are dry to avoid wrinkles. Over drying can damage fibres and shorten the lifetime of your sheets.
- Wash sheets weekly. We recommend each bed has 3 sets of sheets, one for the bed, one in the wash, and one in the cupboard. Store folded sheet sets inside one of the pillowcases to keep sets together and for beautifully tidy shelves.

Settling On The Right Bed Sheets
What does thread count mean when talking about sheets and is it important?
Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into a square inch of fabric. Generally speaking if you like a crisp feeling sheet go for 180 to 200TC, if you prefer softness 250-400TC and anything over that is pure luxury.
Natural or synthetic?
- 100% cotton is the most popular choice for sheets given its reputation for softness, comfort and durability. Being a natural fibre, cotton breathes allowing moisture to be absorbed away from the body. Perfect for all seasons but especially for warmer temperatures.
- Bamboo is most often blended with cotton to create a beautifully soft, smooth bed sheet that has all the natural fibre qualities as well as anti-bacterial benefits and increased durability.
- Poly cotton blends offer some of the cotton benefits and combines them with the no fuss, easy care and wrinkle resistant qualities that polyester provides. Poly cotton is quick drying and has a crisp clean feel.
- Microfibre is a very soft synthetic fibre and is a great affordable option. It is lightweight, wrinkle resistant, quick drying and more pill resistant than standard polyester fibres.
Different Weaves For Bed Sheets And Linens
What’s the difference between bed sheet weaves?
Percale
A percale weave creates a lightweight, crisp feel with a matt finish. Percale weaves are noticeable tighter than standard sheets and therefore are stronger and wash well.
Sateen vs Flat weave
Flat weave is the standard weave for sheets and offers a classic crisp, fresh finish. For those who prefer a silkier, luxurious feel with a subtle lustre definitely sateen weave is for you.
Flannelette
Flannelette is 100% Cotton with one side brushed or napped to create a fluffy texture that then trap air retaining heat making them perfect for colder months. Flannelette quality is not measured in a thread count but rather in grams per square metre. The heavier the weight the better quality the sheets will be.
Microflannel
Microflannel with its extra fine brushed surface is super soft, wrinkle resistant. It’s made of polyester which makes it more resistant to pilling and generally more durable than fabrics made of larger fibres.

Got them on sale, shipping fast and quality felt good. however the king size fitted sheet did not fit my king bed no matter how hard I tried to pull it. Just too small and I have an Ecosa king mattress FYI. I’m going to try my luck with return however we’re in level 4 lockdown so not sure how this will work. I’ll try contact customer service and see what they can do.

Love these sheets, my second set and family members have bought some too on my recommendation. So warm and cuddly, and dry quickly which is great in winter. The only thing is that the colour is a lot lighter than the colours in show where you choose which one to order. Charcoal and Navy are actually very light, not extremely dark as shown.

Sheets were very strong smelling of factory/chemicals. Washed them twice and can still smell it. Otherwise seem fine.

These fleecy sheets are really good. Instantly warm and cozy , no real need for an electric blanket as much as I love one. They also dry quickly after a wash which is great in winter and they fit perfectly on our bed. Highly recommend.

I was dubious about buying the fleece sheets, even though I have and love the micro flannel sheets. Even the shop assistant said to stick with the micro flannel, because people either love or loath the fleece (no middle ground) But OMG I love love love the fleece sheets I brought, I have to admit I hate the cold, with these sheets the bed is always warm, no cold spots, no need for an electric blanket. If you are in 2 minds like I was and if you feel the cold I totally recommend you try them !!
