The 2 Layer Goose Feather & Down Mattress Topper by My Luxe will facilitate your bed with a significant enhancement. This Mattress Topper exhibits the effect of sleeping on a cloud, adding an extra layer of comfort and plush to your mattress. 

 

Featuring a double layer of topper, the base layer includes 5% goose down, and 95% goose feather, supporting your body as you sleep. The top layer features a generous 60% goose down and 40% goose feather, offering supreme comfort. The combination of both layers forms a grand sleep haven.

 

Care Instructions

Cold gentle machine wash. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry. Cool iron on reverse if needed. Do not dry clean.

 

This product is RDS certified:

The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) is an international, voluntary standard that addresses animal welfare in the duck and geese supply chain and chain of custody of down and feather material from certified farms to the final product. 

 

The goals of RDS are to: 

  1. Ensure that down, and feathers do not come from supply chains where animals have been subjected to unnecessary harm. 
  2. Reward and influence the down and feather industry to incentivise practices that respect the humane treatment of ducks and geese. 
  3. Educate and develop the supply chain to drive continuous improvement of best practices. 
  4. Provide companies with tools to facilitate what is in their products and to make accurate claims.
  5. Ensure a robust chain of custody for certified materials as they move through the supply chain.

All standard items are standard as regards freight except items marked Bulky 1, Bulky 2, Bulky 3, Bulky 4, Bulky 5, Bulky 6 and Bulky 7 where those specific charges apply.

For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and D'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.

 

Delivery Method

Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.

We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.

 

What are my options for re-delivery of the item?

You can choose from one of the following options:

- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)

To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.

Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.

If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.

Returns

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. We will refund any item* you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge). If you wish to exchange an item you can do so by heading into any of our stores nationwide. Click here to find your nearest store.


Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached. Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Bath & Beyond.

 

To return an item please either: Visit your nearest Bed Bath & Beyond store, along with acceptable proof of purchase or Send the item back to the following address, along with acceptable proof of purchase and completed RETURNS Packing Slip:

Bed Bath & Beyond will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item. All return items sent back to our distribution centre, or returned to a Bed Bath & Beyond store, will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with or the original payment method (back to Laybuy or Afterpay account).

It arrived very promptly, great service. I know they are a great product but unfortunately this type of topper is wrong for me. I’m finding it harder to sleep on it, wished now I got a sheepskin topper instead. I had had sheepskin before and found it warmer and easier to sleep on.

The perfect topper for your bed, nice and soft, our bed is not that old but I felt the mattress just not soft enough and I was having trouble sleeping, bought this from Fraser Cove and had advice from the lovely ladies in the store, so glad I bought it, having good sleeps plus my husband loves it too.
