The 50/50 combination of duck down and feathers creates a snuggly duvet inner that hugs your body for standard all season warmth and comfort. Down is much lighter than feather and is extremely soft and airy, helping to maintain your temperature during the night. The 100% cotton outer cover has box stitching to eliminate feather/down transference and keep the filling evenly spread.

A regular airing maintains the high loft and keeps your duvet light and fluffy.

For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.


Delivery Method

Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.

We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.


What are my options for re-delivery of the item?

You can choose from one of the following options:

- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)

To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.

Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.

If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.


We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge). Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached. Bed Bath & Beyond reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Bath & Beyond.

Would not recommend . The feathers have come out everywhere and it’s only less than two weeks old ! Waste of money . Pity there is no returns .

It is normal for a feather and down inner to shed for the first 3-4 weeks and the occasional feathers now and then following this period. We also recommend airing this duvet inner regularly. Great inner, purchased in the summer and not overly hot, light enough to keep on the bed but know it will be cosy in summer. Love the weight and the fact is has stitched squares so the down stays evenly distributed.

I was a little bit concerned about the weight, because my partner doesn’t like heavy covers for the bed, but It is very light, so we both love it!

We bought this duvet inner about 3 months ago. The feathers & down are falling out and I have to vacuum the mess in the bedroom every day. I wouldn’t recommend buying this duvet inner.

Since I bought this duvet inner a couple of months ago, it’s losing the down and feathers every time I change the cover, they make a mess everywhere. I’m very disappointed in the inner.

This duvet has a horrible smell. have aired it and sprayed with linen spray bought from bed bath and beyond. Have ended up machine washing it, still faintly smells but not as bad. Must be the cotton cover, bit disappointed with this.
