Woolrest wool duvets are filled with 100% wool, with the ability to trap heat and regulate moisture. This Wool inner retains the heat created by the body keeping you warm throughout the night.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange duvet inners, pillows or Mattress Toppers & Underlays so please choose carefully. An assistant can advise a product which is suitable for you.

For customers requiring delivery to outer islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and D'Urville Island) We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the freight cost. We will contact you prior to dispatch for your approval.
Delivery Method
Online orders are delivered using PBT couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked.
We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call (usually found in the letterbox) at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
What are my options for re-delivery of the item?
You can choose from one of the following options:
- Collection at a nearby PBT depot
- Re-direction to another address (for example you could have it delivered to your work during the day)
- Re-delivery to the original address (good if you know you will be available at the address to sign for delivery)
To avoid any inconvenience please consider the options of re-direction to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or collection from a nearby PBT depot.
Please note: We will not attempt to deliver again until we have heard from you.
If you decide that you would like PBT to attempt re-delivery again but are happy for them to leave the parcel at the address if you are not present then please ring PBT to arrange re-delivery and then fill out the "agreement to leave freight (parcel)" section on the card to call and leave it in the letterbox.

Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.
Goods purchased in-store may be returned within 14 working days, or within 30 working days for online purchases (excluding original freight charge), for an exchange, credit note or refund:
Items can be returned, provided:
i. Valid proof of purchase
ii. Goods are unused and in original condition.
iii. With packaging intact, labels and tickets attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we have limitations surrounding exchanging and returns of products such as pillows, duvet inners, underlays, mattresses, toppers, protectors, comforters and other bedding and personal items.

Terms and Conditions
This policy applies to all purchases made instore or online from Bed Bath & Beyond Ltd (BBB).
Exchange, credit note or refund - Any outstanding balance from an exchange or refund will be processed onto the same tender type used for the original purchase. The physical or digital card used to pay for the original purchase must be presented to verify a refund. Any outstanding balance will remain on a credit note and will not expire.
Valid proof of purchase includes; Original Customer Copy register receipt (printed from the store till at the time of purchase), bbb&me emailed receipt, online order invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing store/date/time/total transaction amount.
If a product is faulty, we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act to repair, replace or refund the product. BBB reserve the right to replace the faulty/damaged product for an exchange with an undamaged product in the first instance.
BBB reserves the right to decline to process a return if these conditions are not met, for example if the goods have been visibly used and are no longer in original condition.

Duvet Inner Definitions - The Inner Meanings
- Feather And Down
A feather and down duvet inner features insulating clusters that trap warm air and work with your body temperature for a luxurious warmth that is lightweight. The most common combination is a 50/50 mix of feathers and down but the higher percentage of down the warmer the inner. We recommend regular airing in the sun for all feather duvet inners to remove any moisture that may have been absorbed. When you make the bed give the duvet inner a good shake to fluff up the fibres and restore the natural feather and down loft.
- Pure New Zealand Wool
The wonderful natural insulating qualities of pure wool are no secret to us in New Zealand. Wool duvet inners work with your own body temperature keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. These regulating properties make a wool inner the perfect choice for couples with varying temperature preferences. Wool is also durable and naturally fire and water resistant. We recommend airing your wool duvet inner before use and only dry clean.
- Alpaca
Alpaca fibre is 25% warmer than wool and substantially lighter which makes it the ultimate in luxurious warmth in a duvet inner. Alpaca fibres are silky soft with low oil content and this results in an odourless and completely non allergenic duvet inner. The moisture wicking ability of Alpaca, like wool, draws moisture away from the body, through the duvet inner and out into the air.
- Microfibre
Microfibre is an easy care, affordable option, offering a duvet inner that is warm, soft and lofty. When used in down like clusters microfiber fill is often referred to as down alternative due to the way it drapes around you and its non-allergenic properties. Great for allergy or asthma sufferers, microfibre duvet inners are machine washable and available in a range of weights for all seasons.

Does it smell like wool from sheep? Yes but went away after a week or so. Does it keep me warm? Yes this has excellent warmth. Conclusion: After a few months of owning one, the only drawback I have found with this product is that there are wool hairs come out. Not a lot, but noticeable enough to see hairs here and there. Also hairs end up on dark clothing/pj’s. Hence 3 out of 5.

Extremely disappointed in this duvet.It is very smelly.Smells like a shearing shed,even though have aired it for several days ,also it is very noisy and crinkles when turning.The weight is very heavy pressing down on your body.Have spoken to customer services but the are of no help.

I bought this product because it was a great price, but I am really disappointed after using it. The duvet inner was crisp to the touch and made noise when moved, and it also has an unpleasant odor. In my opinion, there was nothing cozy about it, unfortunately.

I have been using this duvet for a few months, but even after airing it has a really strong earthy odour that has been there since purchase. It even gets into my PJs. I note that a couple of other customers have reported a similar issue. In terms of warmth, it's fine, but the smell is bad.

I bought this item online. It was a great price and read very well. Upon receiving it however I was most disappointed. The duvet inner was crisp to touch and noisy when moved. Nothing cosy about it in my opinion unfortunately.

Has some sort of pungent smell that spread across the house, couldn't & still can't get rid of the smell after packing it back away 5 days ago, emailed but no reply. Shouldn't need to dry clean something that's brand new. Very unpleasant.

Just purchased one 4 days ago and haven’t used it yet due to a very strong foul smell still persisting despite my airing it in the line. I rung up the shop where I bought it to let them know but they said just to air it. Well it’s been days now and still there.
