Terms and Conditions for Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Voucher Promotion
HOW TO ENTER
To enter register your details in the membership section of the Bed Bath & Beyond Website. Every registration will go into the draw for a chance to win. Only one registration is permitted per member.
PRIZE
There will be a total of 4 prizes in the form of Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Vouchers valued at $500 each to be won. All 4 prizes will be drawn by the promoter no later than Wednesday 07 October 2009.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of the full terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
Employees of Shanton Apparel NZ Ltd (Promoter), its advertising and promotional agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Children under the age of 13 years who satisfy these conditions may enter the Promotion with their parents or legal guardian's consent.
The Promotion commences on 15 September 2009 and closes at midnight on 30 September 2009. No entries will be accepted after this date.
The Promoter, their agency and/or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
Prize draws will be made no later than Wednesday 07 October 2009 and will include all entries that are recorded in the Bed Bath & Beyond Club Database of participants up until 11.59.59pm on 30 September 2009.
The Winners will be notified at the email address provided at registration. This notification will be made within 7 working days of prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of the prize draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made. The prize will be delivered by courier or email, free of charge, to the winner once delivery instructions or email address have been confirmed.
Details of the Prize Winner will be entered in the members section of the Bed Bath & Beyond web site www.bedbathandbeyond.co.nz within 7 working days of the Prize Draw.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or greater value.
If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry.
The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may require a winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at a nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss, (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
By accepting a prize you agree to be available for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes without compensation, including photographs and interviews. Winners acknowledge that their personal details including photographs may be published in newspapers, magazines and on the internet.
The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to be used for the purposes of the Promotion and in particular to notify the prize winner and verify the prize winner's identity. All personal information provided by entrants will be held for Shanton Apparel NZ Ltd at Blackfoot New Zealand Ltd, or such other place as is notified to the entrant on request. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. The Promoter will destroy all entries once the Prize pack has been claimed.
