Bed Bath and Beyond is dedicated to providing quality products at affordable prices. If for some reason the product is faulty, we are happy to honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act provided you have proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange duvet inners or pillows, so please choose carefully. An assistant can advise a product which is suitable for you.
